Squawk Tracker
Coming soon

Every squawk logged, tracked and signed off.

Squawk Tracker gives your flight department one place to write up aircraft discrepancies, attach photos, alert maintenance by text, MEL defer what can wait and follow each item until it’s closed, with every change on the record for everyone to see. No more whiteboards, sticky notes or squawks buried in a group chat.

One email when we launch. No spam.

SquawksAircraftTeamProfile

Built by a career professional pilot.

Squawk Tracker was developed by a professional pilot who knows how easily aircraft issues get lost between the cockpit, the hangar and the front office. It connects pilots, maintenance and management, and keeps every squawk, photo and update in one place, so everyone is working from the same information.

A look inside

Every tail, every open item, one screen

The fleet board shows maintenance and management exactly where each aircraft stands, while crews report and follow squawks from their phones.

Every change on the record

Each edit, update and status change is logged with who and when, for everyone to see.

How it works

From write-up to sign-off in three steps

01

Report it

A pilot or tech writes up the squawk, picks the aircraft and snaps a photo of the problem. It takes less time than finding a pen.

02

Alert the team

Maintenance gets a text the moment a new squawk is filed, so nothing waits for someone to check a board or an inbox.

03

Track it to closed

Each squawk moves from open to in work, MEL deferred or closed. Every edit, update and status change is logged for the whole team to see.

Features

What’s on board at launch

Photo uploads

Attach pictures to any squawk so maintenance sees exactly what the crew saw.

Text alerts

New squawks go straight to the right phones by text message. No app to open first.

Team accounts

Each pilot and technician gets their own login, so every write-up and update is attributed.

Status at a glance

See what’s open, in work, deferred or closed on every tail at a glance.

MEL deferrals

Mark an item MEL deferred so crews and management know it’s been dispositioned and is still waiting on a fix.

Full change history

Every edit, update and status change is logged with who made it and when, and everyone on the team can see it.
